In any case, this, of course, is Wilt from "Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends." As evidenced by his scars, damaged eye and missing arm, he must have suffered some sort of horrific brutality in the past. Funnily enough, he's a total sweetheart despite his misfortune. I believe that it was his gentle, steady personality that got him through such frustrations as learning to tie his trainers with only one hand. Just a quick sketch.
